Through our certification program, standards, advocacy, and other activities, we strive to help save energy, improve productivity, and ensure a better environment.
AHRI has an opening for a Program Manager, Quality Control, with our Certification Team, reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Quality. This position is responsible for the maintenance and continuing accreditation of AHRI as a certification body to ISO/IEC Standard 17065. The Program Manager identifies and leads business process improvement opportunities within the Certification group in the areas of quality and performance. Duties include but are not limited to:
Support Certification management team in identifying, verifying, analyzing, and implementing improvement opportunities aimed at increasing the value, quality, and consistency of services provided to AHRI members and certification program participants.
Perform project management and analytics to ensure milestones are met and deliverables achieved.
Develop and maintain documentation of the standard procedures and policies to be followed by Certification staff.
Train and guide AHRI staff in the implementation of business processes and systems.
Assist in preparation for internal and external quality audits.
AHRI offers a full benefits package with alternate workplace options and a friendly work environment. The hiring range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000.

Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant field from an accredited college/university.
Minimum of three years of project management experience and one year of quality experience.
Experience with the design, development, and coordination of training programs.
Solid understanding of audit processes and process improvement concepts.
Proficiency in MS Office and Smartsheets.
