Duties will include coordinating and conducting water use efficiency engineering investigations required to implement the 2018 Water Conservation Legislation and working with stakeholders, technical experts, and management to recommend policies and procedures.

Possession of a valid certificate of registration as a civil engineer issued by the California State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers is required. Must possess a valid California driver's license. Travel throughout the State is required. Basic database skills and knowledge of water use efficiency is required.
