Supervise the day-to-day operations of the VI WAPA electric system with core responsibilities to coordinate system restoration as electric outages occur. Supervise SOC staff and track the responsiveness of reaching internal defined goals and metrics for outage restoration times. Use strong computer and software skills to create special reports from SCADA, OMS, AMI, MDM and communication systems. Perform substation of feeder switching orders through the SCADA system with expertise concerning the electric system and employee safety. Supervise System Operations Center staff.
