We seek experts on petroleum handling facility design, operation, and inspection. Experience with oil refineries or fuel terminals is a plus, including similar military work.

You will be a primary expert for once-in-a-lifetime work on equipment assessment and mitigation.
Skills needed:
Experience in earthquake and oil spill risk mitigation technology
Experience with the design and operation of high-capacity fuel or chemical storage and distribution systems at oil refineries or similar facilities
Contractor Management experience
