The Austin Transportation Department’s (ATD) Transportation Engineering Division has an opening for full-time Vision Zero Design Program Manager to plan, design, and advance the implementation of Vision Zero/Safety projects. The Program Manager will provide technical input, and strategic direction to Vision Zero-related projects, including external stakeholders, partner agencies, etc., to successfully deliver high-need, time-critical projects; develop vision and implementation framework for the program.Vision Zero and safety design projects may include access management; intersection geometric design; traffic signal design; operational safety analysis; multi-modal geometric design (bus, bicycle, vehicle, and pedestrian); and corridor roadway design. This position will develo
